The past two years the patient check in process was handled smoothly and the wait time was short. This time around when arrived, the check in area was filled with patients, and patients were sitting on the stairs. It took an unuShow moresually long time to get through the check in process and then I waited over an hour for my appointment, which was rare. All in all, my visit with Dr. Robbins was pleasant, and I love the time and attention she gives me during our time together. Hoping more information, like the upload of the insurance and DL can be done in the pre-check in process instead of on site before being directed to the patient waiting area.
I have known Dr. Robbins since i was a little girl and she has always been the most aspiring and amazing doctor I ever met. I was so happy when she was able to deliever my third baby and now she will be doing the same for my fourtShow moreh baby! I have had nothing but c-sections and Dr.Robbins has the most amazing skills and knowledge of womens over all health. Every visit she truly listens to you, she makes herself available and she gives you answers to every question. If you want to enjoy your birth and have confidence in your doctor Dr. Robbins needs to be your only choice. The entire office staff is amazing as well!
Cynthia Robbins, MD, PA, is an experienced OB/GYN at the Eighth Avenue Obstetrics and Gynecology office in the Medical District of Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Robbins is consistently named “Top Doc” by Fort Worth Magazine and earned the Patient's Choice Award, honoring her as one of the best physicians in Texas.
Dr. Robbins earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington. She then earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School in Houston. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Scott and White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas, serving as chief resident.
After residency training, Dr. Robbins established a private practice in Fort Worth. She’s served Dallas-Fort Worth area patients of all ages with quality, personalized care for over two decades. Everyone was polite. Nurse thought she might be called away and asked if I wanted to see PA versus wait. It was not long and I saw Dr. Robbins. Very thorough. Made me feel very comfortable.

I started coming to 8th Ave OB/GYN a couple years before I got pregnant with my older daughter (6 now) and have gone through 2 pregnancies/deliveries here. I appreciate how friendly and confident everyone is. It is evident that Dr. Robbins has high expectations.
