The past two years the patient check in process was handled smoothly and the wait time was short. This time around when arrived, the check in area was filled with patients, and patients were sitting on the stairs. It took an unuShow moresually long time to get through the check in process and then I waited over an hour for my appointment, which was rare. All in all, my visit with Dr. Robbins was pleasant, and I love the time and attention she gives me during our time together. Hoping more information, like the upload of the insurance and DL can be done in the pre-check in process instead of on site before being directed to the patient waiting area.
Dr Robbins is great. I was caught off guard by the new check in process. I did complete the pre-check in items that were sent to me when got my confirmation text. When I got to the office, I had to scan in, which was fine, but theShow moren more of the same questions. After I completed those, I sat for another 15-20 minutes before I was handed a clipboard with papers to fill out, too. It took 30 minutes to just check in. Front desk staff on both sides seemed unorganized and at times, not very professional. Definitely a different experience than from the previous times I have been here.

Everyone was polite. Nurse thought she might be called away and asked if I wanted to see PA versus wait. It was not long and I saw Dr. Robbins. Very thorough. Made me feel very comfortable.

Staff is wonderful and Dr Robbins take time with you. Because she does most times she runs behind but I know I’m going to get the same consideration.

I started coming to 8th Ave OB/GYN a couple years before I got pregnant with my older daughter (6 now) and have gone through 2 pregnancies/deliveries here. I appreciate how friendly and confident everyone is. It is evident that Dr. Robbins has high expectations. I actually recommend this office quite often to my own patients who are in need of OB/GYN services. Love Dr. Robbins and her staff!
