I was so worried about finding a new doctor but everything at Nova Luna was awesome. I've never had a doctor give me so much time. Dr R. working was like watching a scientist investigate and dig to understand a problem and finShow mored a solution. I mentioned the long appointment time, but she didn't care and wanted to keep working. She had thoughtful insights, was kind and friendly, wasn't pushy about changes, and I got a bit of much-appreciated education, too. I didn't get any candy, though. <3
I suffered an extremely traumatic event. There are Very few people who can help you and make you feel safe after. I’m beyond grateful to have found her! I would never want to work with anyone other than Dahiana Rafailovitc! If it Show morewas possible to provide more than 5 stars, she would have them all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mental health is so very important and should never be neglected! Dahiana is really awesome. She listens to you and suggests remedies that will align to your desires. She explores a variety options and together you both make the decision that will fit you best. Dahiana follows that up by closely monitoring your progress and making the appropriate changes if need be. She is simply the best!
The NovaLuna office and Dr Rafailovitc are professional, caring and understanding. The office is convenient and comfortable. Dr Rafailovitc takes the time to figure out how best to treat you and always follows through and follows up on that care. It’s the opposite of many local “assembly line” doctors offices. They provide individual treatment that really helps. I highly recommend Dr Rafailovitc.

Dahiana has been fantastic for me! She is personable, caring, relatable and very knowledgeable— not just about mental health, but also the bigger picture. I was struggling to adjust my medication, after having two babies and entering my 40’s. She listened to all of my mental health concerns, as well as my physical, and ordered blood tests to see if i had vitamin deficiencies or anything that could be contributing to my fatigue, brain fog, etc. She has given me hope that ill be ok 🙌

Dahiana is knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to your individual issues. This is a refreshing change from cookie cutter medicine. She reached out multiple times to ensure my needs were met. Dahiana made sure I was able to reach out and contact her with any changes personally without going through multiple steps. I am happy I found such a competent provider that makes sure she is accessible beyond our appointments for help. I think this is necessary, but not common in a mental health provider. I have concierge medicine for primary care yet feel I get the same level of service from her. I am a 23 year health care provider myself and find this to be a refreshing change. I would and have recommended her to my family members. Finally found a mental health provider I can trust to truly help me through trying times.
Dahiana was a referral from my therapist. After just losing my mom 2 months ago I needed to see someone right away. Plus my doctor who took care of me retired. I was so nervous to make the call but I am so glad I did. She is so compassionate and listens to you. There was no rushing me off the phone. And I liked how she asked all about me and there was no judgement. That is always a fear of mine. I am so looking forward to my next appointment and my treatment plan. I highly recommend seeing her
