Dania holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from William & Mary and provides a warm, compassionate, and supportive space where clients can feel heard and understood. She specializes in working with teens and adults experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Grief and Loss, Life Transitions, Relationship Challenges, and Identity Exploration. Dania utilizes evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy** to help clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change. With a trauma-informed and collaborative approach, Dania empowers clients to gain insight, strengthen emotional well-being, and move forward with greater confidence and self-awareness.
