Dr norman saw me at 5pm after regular hours and was extremely helpful in diagnosing a solution for my long term cough
Dr. Norman was attentive, kind, and invested in my welfare. His staff was lovely. Many thanks.
Very good. From when I walked in the door, immediate attention by the staff, pleasant environment, great photographs of sleeping animals. Dr. Norman very attentive and helpful with my CPAP reactions. Hope this new mask does solve the problems. Am a bit concerned as to whether I can sleep with so much equipment, and am glad I have a 3-month appointment.
Short but to the point... which I appreciated.
Dr Norman was excellent in explaining things He was very thorough
Dr Norman was very thorough with his explanation of the situation and the necessary treatment to remedy the situation.
Dan Norman has been known around our house for 10+ years as DR SLEEP. He has answers and a great support staff.

The return of equipment is not accommodating to people who work past 430pm. Someone should not have to take time off from work to return equipment. A grace period would be a decent policy to give people, being charged a fee of 150$ per day is absurd when you’re asking someone to take hours off from their work day, I appreciate it is costly equipment but no grace period nor a 24/hr equipment drop off is putting pressure on families who are already stressed.
Excellent
I had a pleasant visit
I a great experience thanks so much
Took a long time to get an appointment, but Dr Norman was brisk, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. I learned a good amount about CPAP design on this trip. My only concern is with the AthenaHealth Patient Portal's messaging system: I have yet to receive a single reply to the messages I send to Dr Norman's office. Thus, I will never use this system again, as it is a 100% failure -- vs the 100% success rate of calling, leaving voice messages, visiting in person, etc.
When is anyone going to contact me about the CPAP I now need due to my poor testing scores
