Dr. Smith graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in human development. He earned his medical degree at New York University Grossman School of Medicine and completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Montefiore Medical Center, affiliated with the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr Smith was on time for the appointment. He was very informative and thorough.
Dr Carlesi has been my doctor for over a decade. I had been searching for several years to find the right doctor for me. Even though I am an RN and in the medical field for over 30 years, it was not that simple for me. After an injury causing herniated discs, etc.,… which caused unbearable pain almost constantly which in the beginning It felt like it started from the top of my head to my toes. I had previously seen,orthopedic specialists/pain management, neurologist, who were telling me there was nothing they could do for me. For some reason, their first thought was invasive surgery and two of the doctors said that I would not even survive surgery so there was nothing they could do for me I was overwhelmed physically and mentally. How would I be able to live the rest of my life feeling the way I did at that time. Then I was referred to Dr. CARLESI !! He is not only extremely knowledgeable, Think out of the box but he is one of the most compassionate people and Drs I have met. There ARE alternatives other than major surgery that can at least lessen the pain !!! I searched for a couple years to find the right Dr until I got it right. I absolutely recommend Dr Carlesi to anyone who is looking for relief from the constant overwhelming suffering, that people like me with chronic and acute pain deal with.
