I had a very weird experience today with one of the ladies at the checkout counter. In simple terms she was blunt in her responses didn’t seem to care about your questions. A simple request like is their water so I can eat my medsShow more was a big deal and a instant no followed by okay let me see. A simple question of breakdown of a heavy bill of 434 seemed like it was annoying her. Didn’t get her name but this was on 3/1 at the Katy Methodist office. Dr Qureshi was pleasant and welcoming and great as usual. If it was not for Dr Qureshi I would not at all drive from sugar land to endocrine center for my dr visits. Patients need to be treated as customers. This is not a charity organization. I just paid 434 dollars for an office visit. I at least expect some politeness from the staff.
Not sure why my contact phone number is still not corrected, Dr. Tung caught that mistake on his laptop that the phone number on file is incorrect but it was not corrected. Yolanda called me yesterday to tell me that link to the Show morePassport new portal would be sent but the phone number where the code was sent to set up the new profile is incorrect. My phone number is 8327078255, Yolanda called the correct number but the code to where the portal has on file is the wrong one. She also set up an appointment for 2 months and I specifically wanted the wilcrest location not the n.loop west because not only parking is a hassle but the wilcrest location is closer to my home but I got an email saying I am schedule for the n.loop west. Seeing Dr. Tung was ultimately worth the scheduling of 6 month wait worth it.

Good doctor
Best endocrinologist I ever met! Dr Tung is very thorough and record every detail you tell him. He knows his stuff and look out for you in every aspect! In my opinion nothing slips away unnoticed
Staff was not friendly they didn’t want to help with booking labs, nor future MRI just handed me a sheet and said google the number. Doctors communication skills were off when sharing who to contact for my medical file he interrupted with one step at a time, which I found rude since I asked before sharing my phone if I could.

I have been with dr Tung for two years , ups and downs , he helps me a lot , good care and support, if I listen to his instructions I would of be better . I recommended him to my family as well .

Dr. Qureshi is great. Takes his time with you and doesn’t rush. The lab person I had didn’t seem to happy…she looked at the list of people she had to draw labs for and said “I guess I’m not going to get a lunch…”. That is my only complaint. Dr Qureshi himself and staff are great.

Great visit with Dr Tung! He is so smart and can speak in layman’s terms to explain need of any changes.

Only issue was the machine used for a test stopped working during the test and had to be postponed until next appointment, also 1 blood test had to be done during a time specific so I have to wait a day or so.
