About Danielle Perk, LSW

I am deeply committed to providing a safe and empathetic space for individuals on their journey towards healing and growth. Everyone has their own story, and I strive to ensure that my clients feel heard as they share theirs with me. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings with both adults and adolescents. With a compassionate approach, I specialize in working with those grappling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and substance use disorders, and self-esteem issues. My therapeutic style integrates Person-Centered Therapy, allowing clients to lead the way in their healing process. I also incorporate elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients and provide them with the tools they need to overcome challenges.
