Daphne Franks is a Clinical Social Work Intern who brings a calm, grounded presence to her work and is genuinely passionate about supporting people through meaningful change. She approaches therapy with compassion, curiosity and a steady focus on helping clients feel understood and empowered in their own lives. Her practice draws from solution focused work, CBT, DBT and trauma-informed care, and she values collaboration as clients explore their experiences, strengths and goals. Daphne is dedicated to creating a space that feels safe, peaceful and supportive, where clients can move at their own pace while building practical strategies that fit their everyday lives. She believes deeply in the importance of connection, growth and meeting clients where they are, and she is committed to walking alongside them as they navigate challenges and discover what helps them feel grounded and hopeful.
