I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who focuses on thoughtful, patient-centered mental health care for adults. My experience includes outpatient psychiatry and community-based behavioral health, where I have supported individuals with a wide range of mental and emotional health concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other behavioral or psychological challenges. I strive to create a safe, comfortable space where patients feel heard and respected. I completed my Master of Science in Nursing at Eastern Kentucky University. My practice emphasizes education, collaboration, and evidence-informed treatment, and I work closely with each patient to determine practical and realistic next steps in care. I value clear communication and believe meaningful progress is best achieved through partnership.
