Dr. Auer has been my PCP for a number of years now… First off his personable approach puts me as ease, which builds my confidence in him & his team… His Know how/Diagnosis is Top Notch… I appreciate his process of elimination treaShow moretment, and the fact that he prescribes only “need based medication”, and not unnecessary/strong doses… In fact he has sent me home on more than one occasion with simple OTC & Simple Related Remedies when I thought I needed heavier medication; yet his plan cured the ailments… And that’s exactly what I needed!!! The Front of the House & Nursing Team is personable and knowledgeable as well… Appreciate you & Your Team Dr. Auer for caring and the medical upkeep of me and my family…Cheers!
He was great and made me feel comfortable with his professionalism and knowledge. I would like for him to just slow down a bit as I had a couple more questions. Front desk lady was also very helpful I wish I could remember her namShow moree but I was helped by the black lady and normally the bad service starts at the front with bad attitudes and bad customer service but it was not the case with her. She was great and even explained my payment to me and even explained how my insurance works. I really appreciated that. Now the lady drawing blood couldnof been a bit more sensitive but hey that would be asking for to much, right?

Almost no wait time. The doc was very professional and listened to all of my concerns and alleviated my worries.
I need to schedule an appt every 6 mos for blood work as I am on statins and I am always appreciative that appts are hassle free and every visit provides real time with Dr Auer to discuss any changes that may have developed. As well, I greatly appreciate that he has all my health history and is always on top of when scheduling is needed for mamos/bone density/ colonoscopy or whatever. I place total confidence in his counsel.

Dr Auer is the best family MD that I have had in the last 72 years. His knowledge, patience and kindness has greatly helped me over a tough period. Above all he treats you like a friend. Visiting him is fun also, we always have a bit of a chat about things unrelated to the examination. He understands the relation ship between physical health and mental well being. A fine man.

Dr. Auer had been my PCP for 20+ years. That says it all as I am very particular with whom I entrust my health care to. He is very thorough, explains everything in details. Most of all he never talks down to you and he listens attentively to your concerns and offers sound advice.
Everything goes smooth and you never have to wait long but if we do it’s well worth the wait Dr Auer is so on top of everything he treats our medical conditions well and makes us feel special and in good hands with him Also his staff is so friendly and always works to help us when we call

The total experience is always good! The staff is courteous and professional. Last but definitely not least, Dr Auer is the exception to the rule …his bedside manner is awesome! He is very caring and interested in the wellbeing of his patients. I am very grateful for him.
Dr. Auer was pleasant but no waste of time getting to the point. Asks the pertinent questions, explains clearly in layman terms, shows pictures and helped me understand my problem. I loved it that he was not quick to insist on prescription drugs or condemning because I don't take every senior citizen shot. Instead he gave home treatment to try first.
