Nurse never returned my call after two attemps
My appointment scheduled time was honored with no wait time. Both the technician and nurse that waited on was very pleasant. Dr. Frazier left me with no unanswered questions.

I understand that every doctor's office has the potential to "get behind". Emergencies arise and one day, that emergency might just be me, so I try to use good grace and be patient. Yesterday was one of those days. I was the next to last patient to leave. I left 2.5 hours after my appointment time, and even though Doctor looked weary, he gave me his undevided attention, answering all my questions. My appointment did not in anyway reflect how long his day had been. What an extraordinary physician
