Dr.Malis was amazing , right to the point & my son got the surgery date he desperately needs. His medical assistant could use a little more of a personable attitude though. & His front desk ( one of the girls was nice) staff can also use some better attitudes. The office is clean and pretty view in waiting room of the dolphins playing in the river.
Dr. Malis was personable, friendly and welcoming!

One of the nicest, smartest, kindest doctors I have ever had the pleasure of seeing! He listens, he understands and he gets things done. The staff are super nice and very sweet!
I had good experience in my first visit.
Dr. Malis was very patient in answering all my questions.
On time, attention to detail, sufficient time with doctor, friendly doctor and assistants, responsive to requests
I needed a short notice appointment as a new patient. They made accommodation to see me. Most practioners don't normally do that. The doctor was very approachable and provided excellent care.
Everyone was friendly and professional.
Dr. Malis was attentive and informative.
was ok
Dr Malis and his team have always been nothing but amazing with me. While I did not have a positive visit due to the nature of my visit, I appreciate the sincerity and professionalism shown from Dr Malis and staff. I will not see another ENT while he is around.
Dr. Malis prepared for our discussion by thoroughly reading my ENT related medical history that I had provided prior to my application. That set the stage for great questions and inquiry into my past and present symptoms. Together we focused on the next steps for testing and analysis…to pinpoint my condition…and to seek a solution. It was an honest and caring conversation. I never felt rushed, nor did I feel like “just another patient” in the pipeline. A great initial meeting to offer me help!
