New location is better for the parking. Good communication with your appointment and timing through texting. Appointment time is spot on. No overbooking. Dr Palmore is very easy to speak with and down to earth.

Appt. Was for 3:00 pm. Didn't see the Dr. Until 3:45.
No compkaints. Doctor personable and patient. Ordered a test I requested which earns him bonus points ( he agreed it was medically necessary). Staff is great. Wait to see doctor about 20 minutes after arrival, which seems reasonable these days.
