I am a Board certified Nurse Practitioner with over twenty years experience in healthcare. Since 2001 I have been in healthcare working first as an emergency medical technician then as a staff nurse to now operating a wellness clinic geared towards improving the quality of life of people across the entire adult life span. My focus is partnering with patients to prevent disease before it happens. To improve physical fitness which I feel is the key to living a longer and healthier life.
