Dawnette K. Peppler, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN specializing in obstetric care and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. She brings more than 20 years of clinical experience to her patients at Women’s Health Services in Arlington and Grand Prairie, Texas.
Dedicated to delivering high-quality medical care with warmth and compassion, Dr. Peppler is skilled in all aspects of women’s health care. An expert at performing in-office surgical procedures, she specializes in hysteroscopy, including Novasure® endometrial ablation, Myosure® tissue removal, Nexplanon® birth control implant insertion, and more.
A native of Nebraska, Dr. Peppler received her undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She earned her medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Medicine in Omaha and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Dr. Peppler is a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and she is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She and her husband, Donnie, stay busy keeping up with their four daughters and working on projects at home.

Dr Peppler was gentle when examining me and was generous when answering my questions. I felt comfortable the whole time I was there. Her staff were welcoming and efficient. I don't mind going there again for my next exam.
Everyone was friendly and polite. Very understanding, and quick with any updates.
I had to reschedule my appointment and actually the only way to schedule was through the website. I kept getting text messsges about scheduling, but following that link led to a site where there were never any dates available. It took me a year to schedule an appointment.
My appointment with Dr. Brasher-Gilles couldn’t have been easier. It was quick but she also took time to answer questions I had. Warm & friendly staff as well.
First time meeting Dr. Kuriakose, pretty late into pregnancy (had to switch care providers). It was a quick meeting, but we felt valued and heard as a patient and very comfortable with everyone who handled us from check in to check out. Super excited to finish out this pregnancy with them! Day and night experience so far in comparison to my previous care provider is was seeing.
Dr. Peppler made me feel super comfortable. She was very knowledgeable (of course lol) but she made the process easy to understand. You could tell that she really cares.
