I have been with Dr. Deena Gandhi since 2008. At that time I lost my husband and still grieving for my Son who had passed away at the age 15. I can still recall my first visit with Dr. Gandhi.. Dr Gandhi is great, but the front office lady treats patients with a great deal of disrespect. If my insurance card says I pay xx amount of dollars for a visit, don't try to argue with me and want to charge me a much larger fee. Please talk to me like a human. Thanks.

Whatever words I use will underscore/fall short of accurately expressing the value of Dr. Gandhi and the exceptional efficiency, competence and professionalism of her staff/team ( Ms. Ciara, Lisa and Maria). She listens, is 'present', is available, is very easy to talk to, knows me individually, I am not just another file #. I look forward to my appointments.
