Demba Sey, NP

Demba Sey, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals across the lifespan. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health and brings a diverse clinical background that includes psychiatric nursing, acute geriatric behavioral health, and critical care nursing.   Throughout his career, Demba has cared for individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, other mood-related conditions. His experience working with trauma patients and underserved populations has strengthened his commitment to delivering accessible, high-quality mental health care that addresses the unique needs of children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.   Demba believes that effective psychiatric treatment begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and collaboration. He strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and actively participating in their treatment. His approach integrates comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive psychotherapy to develop personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's goals and values.
