I have one of the most pleasurable experience at Bulls Eyecare. They were able to squeeze me in on short notice, because I had missed my appointment at another clinic for being 10 minutes late they would not reschedule me for the Show moresame day . After researching on the Internet and making numerous phone calls, I was able to find Bulls Eyecare, and they were gracious enough to squeeze me into your schedule to see me on short notice. The customer service was one of the best I have experienced at a doctors office. Everyone was very friendly and approachable. I would recommend this place to anybody I know.
After visiting Tampa Eye center on MLK and getting a prescription for glasses I had the glasses made and was unable to see correctly. I returned for a follow up visit and was told it was a fault of the lenses. Went to another loShow morecation and had the same problem. Went to Doctor Garcia and he tested me. He found nothing wrong with my eyes but the prescription was wrong. Finally I will be able no to see in 3-D and further than 100 ft. Thanks Doctors Garcia

Dr. Garcia grew up in Tampa and graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences before continuing on to receive his Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. He received honors in clinical care at Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Garcia has provided eye care in a number of clinical settings, including a diabetic and macular disease rotation at Nova Southeastern University, an externship at the W.G. Hefner VA Medical Center in Salisbury, North Carolina, and an externship at a private practice in Melbourne, Florida. Dr. Garcia practiced in Virginia and North Carolina for several years before he and his wife decided to return back to their hometown in 2016. Now back in Tampa, Dr. Garcia and his wife enjoy raising their two kids.

Lovely office and office staff. Great location. I’ve been seeing Dr. Garcia for years and he’s wonderful. I never have to wait long and he’s professional and very polite. He was super patient with me while we tried so many different contacts until I finally found the perfect pair! Definitely recommend his practice! And they have Saturday office hours twice a month!
