Dr. Dennis Spano, MD

Dr. Spano is excited to establish his family practice in Wabasha. He earned a strong following in Lake City during his time with Mayo Clinic Health System. Along with caring for his patients, he served in many leadership capacities, including chief of staff and medical director for various healthcare services. He continues to provide medical direction for Lake City Ambulance. Dr. Spano is a strong advocate for personalized, patient-centered care. He enjoys a full scope practice that offers enhanced continuity of care. His heart is in family medicine and he values the opportunity to help his patients protect and preserve their health and well-being. He is a family man, married for 30 years with four grown children. Dr. Spano and his family, including goats, dogs, chickens, and rabbits, live on a hobby farm outside of Lake City.
