Desiree looked at my rash and knew immediately that it was shingles, and that it had spread to my right eye. She checked to see if the local urgent care had ophthalmological services, then sent me there. Out of the urgent care the doctor there didn’t even see that it was in my eye, but Desiree saw it immediately.
