Very patient and thorough enjoyed my visit
Excellent job
Never saw him in the hospital or at his office. Don't know who he is or why he's in charge of my infection. Trying to get the PICC out of my bicep for the last 4 days since my last antibiotic injection and still can't get an answer why it's still not out.

The office was a little difficult to find for me. Ste B is accessed from the courtyard if that helps the next patient. Once there I was greeted and checked in quickly and also seen by the NP within a short time. Kimberly Gonzales, NP was friendly and professional. She gathered all pertinent information and then explained her recommendations in detail. I did not feel rushed and appreciated my visit with her very much. Overall, I am happy with my visit and treatment of my medical condition
Was treated well by the facility. Everyone was pleasant and answered all questions. The only negative was for first time visitors the facility was a little hard to get to. Access was pretty limited.
Dr Joshi was absolutely amazing. He took his time with me amd was very detailed on what what he thought based on my reports he read. Just a very thoughtful doctor and his approach was amazing.
Very very very difficult to reach anybody for any reason by telephone. Frustrating and excessively time consuming (hours wasted).

They seem to schedule too many people at the same time. Waiting room always filled up. Exceeding long wait to see doctor. No longer a patient there!
