Diana Defabio, LMHC, LMFT

Diana is a LMHC and LMFT in Florida and an LMHC in New York. The core of Diana’s work focuses on having aligned healthy relationships. By providing an authentic, compassionate, and non-judgmental space, she facilitates clients to better understand why their past may be impacting their present and does not have to be carried the same way into their future. Diana has treated clients ranging in age from 3 to 98. She best supports clients or family members of individuals living with anxiety, trauma, ADHD, OCD, and grief as well as those experiencing life transitions or relationship difficulties. Diana provides trauma-informed care, with extensive training in modalities including EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Her ability to balance life's lightness and darkness, provide immediate coping skills alongside generational pattern recognition, and tailor treatment to best support the client is what makes her unique.
