Easy to make an appointment even though it is usually a few weeks before you are able to get in if you need after work appointments.
Dr Mummert is kind, calm, and compassionate. The staff at her office are nice, and communicative. The only issue I have is wait times tend to be a little long. Once you make it in to see her she gets it all done in a very timely manner.

Dr. Mummert is amazing, and this feedback is not about her, but rather her front desk staff. The receptionist lacks customer service skills. When you're at the front window, she tends to ignore you instead of acknowledging your presence and letting you know she'll be with you shortly. I stood there for 9 minutes without any acknowledgment. Overall, I find the front desk staff to be neither nice nor friendly.
