Dr. Diara Gross

Diara S. Gross, DO is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician, board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPM&R) as well as the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AOBPM&R). In 2015, she received her board certification in sports medicine following her sports medicine fellowship at North Shore LIJ-Plainview Hospital in NY. During her fellowship training, she was one of the team physicians for Long Island University-CW Post Football team for the 2013 season and was the sole medical provider for the football team’s away games. She also served as one of the covering medical physicians for the 2013 US Open. Dr. Gross believes in assessing the entire person in the context of injury with a holistic approach that focuses on decreasing pain, improving function and quality of life. Her passion is to address the needs of the active patient through education, prevention and lifestyle modification.
