Dionardo Medina Encarnacion, MD, is an Endocrinologist at Premier Endocrinology, serving patients at the St. Cloud and Kissimmee locations. Dr Ntim is so personable and fun. He puts you at ease right away. He is very thorough when discussing labs and makes clear, easy to understand recommendations on how to better manage my diabetes and prevent kidney damage. I wish to continue with Dr Ntim as I feel more comfortable with him and he is so knowledgeable of his specialty.

Dr Ntim is a fantastic Physician, however, the office staff leaves a LOT to be desired. Listening and/or listening comprehension is NOT a thing with employees who answer the phones. Apparently, compassion isn’t either…
