It takes courage to begin or restart, especially when we’ve had to hold so much for so long. In our work, you’ll be met with care, curiosity, and a space where all parts of you are welcome. I hold a Master's in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from NYU with a certification in LGBTQ studies. I am also a certified yoga instructor with over a decade of experience as an inclusive educator.
