It was a pleasure to speak with Dr. Ezeanolue today regarding daily chronic pain that has limited my activity and mobility after a car accident. He is a true troubleshooter and problem solver, and speaks in a direct and honest wayShow more. He gives his frank opinion on the choices available to me, the potential side effects, and empowers the patient to be part of the treatment plan -- in a collaborative process. It was a bonus to learn that he and my spouse share Nigerian heritage and I feel proud to support immigrant owned businesses. As a new resident in Las Vegas, he made me feel so comfortable, as if I was among family members. It was an absolute treat to be attended to by Kimberly who provided me with outstanding patient service. I have not received such respectful, warm, and genuine care from a medical assistant before. Kimberly truly lives what she believes about treating patients like family, and it comes across in her stellar service. She was upbeat, relatable, helpful with answering my questions, pointed me in the right direction with insurance questions (since I moved from another state and wasn't sure which direction to go in). She is an asset to the Apex practice and I can certainly see her in a leadership position in the future. Tay was also very helpful with clarifying questions at the end of my appointment about prescriptions and assisting me in making sure I am able to get clarity on which pharmacy to go to since Im new in town. She also offered a tip about how to connect Apex with my prior medical records. She was very pleasant and thorough in making sure she was conveying the correct information to me, and even double checked with the doctor a couple times. Well I will know for sure when go to pick up my medication today that I have been on for years to treat a multitude of conditions and will be on for life, dichotomously-sadly but fortunately as I wish I did not have to take anythiShow moreng, but the staff was friendly and the office was professional in addition to the doctor wherein the encounter was brief but that is because he is smart and knows what takes time and not and in my case it does not take much time for many reasons namely my prior prescriber unexpectedly quit and without notification this office got me in with only 1 days notice, they care. Had they not understood my situation or cared it would have taken much longer. He was also kind and professional. Was there for a while but that is always the case with a first appointment and is a pain clinic so....Only downside is hard to find but once find for first time will be easy...Relatively new to Vegas and live far away in LLV but now that found it will be easy next time.

Everyone is extra professional and takes their time to listen to my needs. My main frustration is getting through when making a phone call. I have waited over an hour to speak to someone, or have simply been cut off. You could greatly improve on that. I say that because I want you to represent yourselves the best. Waiting room wait was minimal which means a lot! All the staff are kind and helpful from the front to the back. Thank you to the ones that work behind the scenes to keep it all going. My wait time for the provider was very short, I didn’t look at my watch but I’m sure it was less than 5 minutes! I have been going to Apex for 8 years or more and always feel cared for! Excellent. Very fast in and out and my tech was very nice and was very proficient. Front desk was great and the new system for confirmations have def made a big difference in communicating

The first four times my experience with front desk and the short time I had from signing in and getting my paperwork was great. I was always called back at appointment time or a little before. This last visit sucked. The front desk girl took her time giving me the paperwork to fill out and after 40 minutes I asked her about it and then I received them a few minutes later. Now it's an hour later and I asked her if they was running late and she said yes so I explained to her I was hungry and in Pain and not very pleasant so as a courtesy she should of at least let the patients know they was running late instead of just sitting there saying nothing. Once I was called to the back my time there wasn't so bad.
Oh my goodness i don't even know where to begin..... I am the worst patient ever never on time always have a legitimate reason for being late and or not cancel and reschedule on a timely manner become a computer airhead and cannot log into the telemed account I've been using for a long time and can't hear and have to have every word repeatedly 7000 times but every time I should need assistance from the dr and the whole staff regarding my needs they're not ever ever rude disregarding unpleasant short uninformed of answers
Dr Eze is a great doctor never be there too long and he always make you understand what he's talking about

Had a good appointment with Dr EZ. He was helpful and has a treatment plan for my pain that does not include drugs, which was how I wanted it. My only complaint is sometimes the wait is long to see the Dr.
