Doris Elonu, PMHNP-BC

Doris is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from The University of Texas, Health Science Center at San Antonio, and Master of Science in Nursing at Maryville University, St Louis, MO. She is also a Veteran of the United States Air Force. Doris is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing mental health services including medication management and therapy. Her approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health. Doris strives to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel valued, heard, and supported. She loves to support individuals and families on their journey towards improved mental health. She also understands the importance of addressing the mind-body connection in promoting overall well-being. Doris offers only virtual sessions and does not prescribe controlled substances currently.
