Prescriptions do not get to pharmacy as quickly as I have experienced with previous providers. Can take up to days which is annoying. Also the patient portal is pointless. I have used it to send 3 messages in past but no response Show moreback. I'm guessing no one even reads the messages from there. Aside from that I am happy with my care and provider, she listens and works with me to establish a treatment plan and medication dose that works best for me personally. Easy appts and scheduling too.
Very good staff. And dr nwoko is very intelligent and knowledgeable on mental health and is willing to listen and not hold your past actions against you. She seems forgiving and very well mannered and a good communicator. I enjoyeShow mored my visit. I do recommend.
