Hello, I’m Doris, a board-certified Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, equitable psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults ages 5 to 65. I believe in partnering with patients to create individualized treatment plans that consider developmental history, biological, psychological, and social factors, and how these influence mental health. To build therapeutic alliances, I rely on the patient-centered approach that values collaboration, shared decision-making, and respect for diverse backgrounds and perspectives. I am a compassionate and attentive listener who prioritizes understanding each person’s values, life experiences, and environment. My goal is to provide thoughtful, respectful care that supports meaningful progress.
