Dorothy McGaw, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C, is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 11 years of healthcare experience, including seven years in advanced practice. She earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Oakland University and completed her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner training at Michigan State University. Dorothy is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment. She believes strong therapeutic relationships are the foundation of successful treatment and takes the time to understand each patient's unique experiences, concerns, and goals.
