My first visit with Dr. Elaine Guiang was amazing. She took the time to really listen, made me feel heard, and genuinely seemed to care about my health and concerns. I had a great experience and would highly recommend her!

I have been searching for a good primary care physician since I moved to Las Vegas 4 years ago. Dr. Elaine is patient, thorough, and actually takes the time to listen. Her demeanor is calm and very pleasant! I am so glad to have found her for my Healthcare needs!

Elaine Guiang is great! As a new patient, her comprehensive examination and detailed interview are superb. There were a lot of things I learned from her. The minor details that I considered normal can become a problem in the future. She spends a lot of time to get to know her patients as well. I have to admit that it is difficult to find a holistic provider in Las Vegas.
I felt comfortable talking to Elaine. I felt like we had a solid plan for my health going forward. I am a very anxious person.So, it is a big deal to say that I felt comfortable in a medical office.

I didn't know there were doctors out there that were real human beings that actually cared about our human experience and how our physical and mental health affect that experience. Well there is one,and it took me almost 53 years to find this rare person in Nev Healthcare system. She is heaven sent! I feel like there is hope for my health. So kind and easy to talk to. It was a first for me when seeing any sort of medical professional. Im feeling very hopeful about all of life!` Thanks!
I cannot recommend Dr. Guiang enough. She is the first Dr. who has ever taken the time to deeply investigate my health and help me understand complex, often overlooked chronic conditions. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and compassionate, and I never feel rushed during appointments. What makes her different is that she looks at the whole person and approaches medicine from a truly holistic perspective.
