With over 25 years of experience in the mental health field, Elena Davis, LCSW, brings deep compassion, professional expertise, and a solid trauma-informed approach to her work. Her specialties include recovery from developmental trauma, complex grief and loss, relationship issues, life transitions, and personal growth -- and draws f evidence-based methods such as EMDR, SSP, trauma-sensitive yoga, and animal-assisted interventions, Elena’s therapeutic style is engaging, relational, compassionate, holistic, and strengths-based. She is passionate about providing inclusive, respectful services for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities --embracing culture, intersectionality and having a social justice lens.
