Eleni joined the team at Pacific Northwest Urology Specialists, PLLC in August 2025, bringing seven years of urology experience and more than a decade of practice as a Nurse Practitioner. She earned both her undergraduate degree and her Master of Science in Nursing (Adult Nurse Practitioner) from Rush University in Chicago, Illinois.
Following completion of her studies, Eleni relocated to New York, where she worked at the Center for Liver Disease and Transplantation at Weill Cornell Medical Center/New York-Presbyterian Hospital. In this role, she cared for patients with advanced liver disease, including those undergoing liver transplantation. She later moved to the Pacific Northwest, where she continued her career in urology.
A dedicated Nurse Practitioner since 2013, Eleni is a valued asset to our team. She is passionate about helping patients reach their full potential and is a strong patient advocate. Eleni takes pride in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care grounded in evidence-based medicine.

Quick and painless
Dr. Roeter was straight forward and transparent with my whole procedure. Currently healing, but things went really smooth.
