Since my 1st visit i felt like I was actually being heard and listened to and not just going threw the motions of being another patient down the list like at other offices. Had my 2nd visit today and definelty will continue to come. My lab results were clearly explained to me in detail and all my questions were answered. Highly recommend.

The doctor and staff were respectful, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. They treated me with kindness and were attentive to all of my needs. I appreciated that there was no long waiting period, and the office was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. Overall, I had a very positive experience and felt well cared for.
Ms. Hilliard has always been very attentive and helpful, easy to talk to and always takes her time explaining blood work results. Available for walk-ins makes things really easy when and emergency comes up. Very happy with her service.

I love that Optimum Woman’s Center is opened for walk ins. Dr. Hillard is an amazing physician who is very knowledgeable and cares. It’s really hard to find good doctors with great bedside manners and doctors that really care. I definitely recommend her if you are looking for a great doctor that listens and cares.

Extremely fast service and very attentive care. All of the staff were kind and welcoming even at 7:50a.m.! I was able to get in and out within 45 minutes, which made the experience even better. I truly appreciate the efficiency and professionalism of the team.
