My appointment with Ms. Hilliard went very well. She thoroughly reviewed my lab results, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions and concerns. The office had a nice, clean atmosphere, and the other staff members were kind, helpful, and attentive. I felt well cared for throughout my visit and truly appreciate the time and attention everyone provided.

The doctor and staff were respectful, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. They treated me with kindness and were attentive to all of my needs. Ms. Hilliard has always been very attentive and helpful, easy to talk to and always takes her time explaining blood work results. Available for walk-ins makes things really easy when and emergency comes up. Very happy with her service.

I love that Optimum Woman’s Center is opened for walk ins. Dr. Hillard is an amazing physician who is very knowledgeable and cares. It’s really hard to find good doctors with great bedside manners and doctors that really care. I definitely recommend her if you are looking for a great doctor that listens and cares.
