Elisa is one of the best NP I have ever encountered. She is very thorough when going over labs and suggests solutions when asked about a concern. I highly recommend her to my family , friends and colleagues.
Dr Hilliard is great overall. How she breaks down labs, explaines anything I have concerns with. She is very informative , patient and kind overall. I have all good things to say about her staff aswell. Ive been going here for over a year closer to two and have not had any issues. Wait time is nonexistent aswell unlike other Dr's. 1000000% recommend

You are seen at your exact appointment time, the staff is very friendly, and Nurse Practitioner Elisa Hilliard is wonderful. The doctor and staff were respectful, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. They treated me with kindness and were attentive to all of my needs. I appreciated that there was no long waiting period, and the office was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. Overall, I had a very positive experience and felt well cared for.
Ms. Hilliard has always been very attentive and helpful, easy to talk to and always takes her time explaining blood work results. Available for walk-ins makes things really easy when and emergency comes up. Very happy with her service.

I love that Optimum Woman’s Center is opened for walk ins. Dr. Hillard is an amazing physician who is very knowledgeable and cares. It’s really hard to find good doctors with great bedside manners and doctors that really care. I definitely recommend her if you are looking for a great doctor that listens and cares.
