I was surprised to discover Dr. Thompson is male. I had requested a female doctor. But Dr. Thompson is very personable and pleasant. He has a family run office, with his wife and daughter performing duties in the office also. He iShow mores very energetic and upbeat. Just the one to help me stay as active as I can in my retirement.
Leon Thompson, DO, is an experienced internal medicine physician at Thompson Medical Group in Peoria, Arizona. He has been the most concerned and honest opinionated person involved with my care and I couldn't be more happier with any one else! I used have a Dr. that was in a complex with a few other physicians, but they maintained a small town Dr. type relationship with their patients which I enjoyed. Then they became part of a huge organization of doctor's. If you tried calling your Dr, you would be routed to an out of state anservice. No Thank You! My Dr quit, and moved out of state.
