About Eliza Rivera-Mitu, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C

Eliza Rivera-Mitu is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), and Advanced Diabetes Manager (BC-ADM). She has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2013 and an RN since 1993, with experience in psychiatry, primary care, addiction, hospice, cardiology, pediatrics, and chronic disease management.
