I'd give 5 stars to Elizabeth on my last visit. I feel compelled to give only 4 because with my prior visit a lipid panel was not run on my blood work. I'd also love it if Dr. H. would not hassle me so much on smoking. I only smoke cigarettes once in a blue moon and I don't need to go on welbutrin to stop!
