I blend traditional psychiatric approaches with complementary therapies to provide holistic care for my patients. Balanced Behavioral Health offers a comprehensive evaluation that goes beyond traditional "medication for diagnosis"-style treatment. We examine underlying factors and strategies to promote overall well-being and resilience. We use evidence-based alternatives to help you become the best version of yourself. Many patients have struggled despite traditional treatment options for depression, anxiety, OCD, and PTSD. With a passion for thinking outside of the box, we will bring additional treatment options that enhance neuroplasticity, enhance emotional insight, and reduce symptoms. While some of these treatments are "off-label", they are safe when properly monitored.
