I have been seeing Liz for close to 8 years. As an older hockey player, she has helped me with injuries and kept me competitive. But last year, after barely ever being sick a day in my life, I suffered an Aortic Dissection aShow morend some related complications that I barely survived. This resulted in many doctors and surgeons being involved. Liz has been an MVP in coordinating all this plus the numerous scripts, etc. She is the best, much more than a provider, she is a best friend!
I’ve been going to Cresent Beach Care for many years and I’m quite certain it is one of the best medical offices around St. Augustine! The staff is always friendly, the office is clean and the Doctors/PA’s are extremely knowledgeShow moreable. I see Liz Thompson and she is brilliant! Always takes the time to listen to my concerns and comes up with a plan to “fix” me. I never feel rushed when I’m under her care. Best practice and staff in St. Augustine!

Ms Thompson, ARNP, always listens carefully and offers her suggestions and advice in a professional and caring manner. I was greeted by Rebecca who introduced herself and cheerfully and capably handled vital signs and paperwork. Front desk staff were very efficient and friendly.

Liz called me back even before the telehealth appointment that same day. She listened carefully to all of my concerns and symptoms. When I told her that my body responds better to one drug than another, she listened to my explanation and prescribed that medication. She answered my questions and clearly explained her rationale for the plan she proposed. Thank you so much, Liz!
