I am Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My goal for all individuals, couples and families is to “decrease distress and increase joy in life”. The modality of my choice is a therapeutic tool called Mindfulness and the strengthening of consciousness. To take an adventure with each individual to explore and get curious about how their mind works for them. I have been working in healthcare as a social worker for over 10 years, spreading love and providing emotional support to many individuals and families; as well as connecting them to resources to help with social and financial difficulties. The therapy I offer is based on internal family systems theory, cognitive behavior therapy, and person centered therapy. I am passionate about helping others to be empowered and be their most authentic self.
