I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse with several years of experience in hospital, community, and outpatient psychiatry. I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, trauma-related concerns, and insomnia. As a culturally sensitive provider, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where your background, values, and goals shape a treatment plan we build together. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I work together with clients to build a trusting professional relationship where they feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their healing journey. My goal is to provide holistic care that looks beyond symptoms to understand each person’s strengths, values, culture, and life circumstances, and to prepare clients for greater self-awareness, resilience, and day-to-day functioning.
