Now, I don't always give five stars, especially for a medical appointment. Because when you go to the doctor, it's usually to get help with something. Elli was/is the complete opposite of what I expected. She was kind, she lisShow moretened to me, and discussed what the next steps will be. I would recommend her to anyone. And thanks to Jeff Atkinson for referring me to her office. Well done.
Elli Hugh was great with my 16 yr old daughter who was feeling anxious and worried about a procedure to her toe. Elli was attentive and compassionate. She explained things to us before she did them and had a fun bedside manner thaShow moret put us at ease.

My experience with Ellie was great! However my experience with your office staff was less so. It’s unfortunate that both of your front office staff were busy on the phone, while I waited 10 minutes to check in. And again, when leaving and trying to set up my next appointment, I again waited another 3-5 minutes while she finished a task. If you are unable to process patients effectively during lunch, then don’t schedule them. BTW—I waited in the exam room for 30 minutes, and was about ready to leave. I really try respect other people’s time and expect to have that reciprocated.

Ellie is Amazing! She is kind and knows what she talking about. She actually really cares for her patients. Definitely would highly recommend her.
The PA seemed preoccupied and didn’t seem interested in my father. She didn’t say much and we had to coach her about our concerns since she didn’t ask. She did offer to get some support socks for dad. She said that she would send in a prescription and we went to pick it up and it wasn’t sent in. No word today from the pharmacy either. ???

This was my first visit to Roger’s Foot and Ankle Institute, and I quickly realized how amazing Elli and the entire practice are. I truly appreciated the professionalism, knowledge, and thoroughness.
Every time I have been there, she has been Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. 100% recommend her.
Eli is an excellent NP from my one experience with her to date. She is kind, concerned and knows what she’s doing. She took her time with me, didn’t rush it even though I’m sure my appointment overlapped into her lunch hour.

Found an ulcer on my toe, result of an earlier puncture from an adjacent toenail. Eli cleaned it up, and precribed oral antibiotics for any residual infection. Follow up appointment is this week. Scott Rogers and his crew members have been taking care of my needs for the past decade plus.

Excellent care provided by the entire staff, but especially Elli Hugh. As a Nurse Practitioner, she does everything, and all of it extremely well. Very fortunate to have her available.
I waited for a week to see how my ingrown toe surgery went and all has been great. No pain, no more infection. Very pleased.
