Didn’t listen, interrupted me 3 times, put me on a schizophrenic medication and I was Diane’s previously with GAD, PTSD and depression. I will not be returning
Dr. ELMA is very honest, compassionate, and understanding. We are still working on my meds. Doesn't rush you and listens to my concerns. He is trying other meds to get me back on track and feel like myself again. .

Elmer is great. Fulfills all of my requests very quickly and treats me like a person not a patient, acknowledging that if we're crazy, we're still, not, "that" crazy. A nice guy and he has good sense, which is very important in a doctor. I would recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Elma's for nearly a year. He has helped me transition from a severely anxious, depressed and ultimately suicidal human, into a 100% healthy and fully functional human being. I have had 3 visits with Dr Elma, 2 virtual and one in person. I can honestly say that i am very pleased with my experience so far. He is very thorough and honest and doesn't leave any stones unturned. He wont just tell you what you want to hear, he is going to tell you what is actually best for you in his experienced opinion. He has brought things to my attention that make a-lot of sense about why i may do certain things that i have not even considered. Would highly recommend.
I always come away from Dr. Elma’s thorough, thoughtful and intuitive engagements with better insight into myself and tools to participate in my own ADHD recovery. And because he also gives me reinforcement, I am no longer confused and frustrated as to why I can’t control my thoughts and actions entirely on my own-without being willing to dig in and do the work. Combined with proper medication, I am hopeful that a comprehensive solution will improve my quality of life.

So far so good, this was my first appointment.
It was nice meeting you. I left a voicemail stating that August 22nd at 2pm is when l like my next session as my prescription won't be delivered until late tomorrow. Please respond if this time slot is available. Unfortunately we didn't discuss my hair pulling issue.
I know Dr Elma is right on with his evaluation of my situation. If only I could try harder and be more positive like he suggests.
