The office was extremely clean and they have various diagnostic machines onsite which made it easier to get all the needed testing done in 1 visit. I look forward to my follow up appointment.
My first encounter w/Dr.Salas was a good one. He was punctual, caring, and spot on I hope. I am doing much better today after having a (bug?) fly into my eye while taking a walk. I never dreamed it would still feel like I was puShow morenched in my eye two days later. I just wish I had seen the size of whatever it was. It happened too fast for me to see it so unexpectedly.
Elvis Salas, DMSc, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant at Maryland Vision Center in Frederick, Maryland. He provides exceptional eye care to patients in the Baltimore area.
Dr. Salas is licensed to practice medicine by the state boards of Maryland and Pennsylvania. He completed his medical training at Pennsylvania College of Technology before pursuing his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Touro College. Dr. Salas then completed his Doctorate of Medical Science degree at the University of Lynchburg, where he studied executive leadership, healthcare law, global health, and research applications. Dr. Salas is a fellow of the American Association of Physician Assistants.
Dedicated to providing patient-centered care, Dr. Salas believes in building a rapport with patients so they feel supported. His goal is to educate patients, so they thoroughly understand their treatment. He wants them to feel confident to ask questions and share any concerns they might have.

Dr Salas was very helpful and listened to my concerns. He always asked me if I had any questions and took his time with me. I appreciate his sticking with what my issue was and seeing me often to take care of me.

The doctor was extremely thorough, which l appreciated. He used visual diagrams to explain my condition and why he was recommending the treatment he did. You only get one set of eyes so l have placed my trust in this group since my initial visit and continue to do so.
