Elzery runs a great group. The group has become more cohesive, but several people announced Monday night that they have completed the program. Everyone was wished well as they move onto the next chapter. There were a lot of new fShow moreaces, but I think they saw the tightness of the participants and potential of the group process to be a conduit for insight and growth. Thanks Elzery!

Elzery facilitates a good group. Participation has increased as we have been working together longer and I’m getting a lot out of it. I especially appreciate the Ted Talks that provide a focus and are thought provoking.

The topics have generated more interaction among group participants. This past week the Ted Talk with Dolph lundgren really resonated with me.
She motivated everyone in the group and participated herself A+++
Elzery starts the group with an ice breaker and a breathing exercise that helps the group relax after events of the day and focus on being in group. The Ted Talks get people thinking about their own experience with the subject presented and with each group there has been increased interaction, which adds to the effectiveness of the process. As more personal issues are brought forward through the interaction she encourages, there is more to work on. Group is more impactful each week. Thanks.
