My kids have been going to New Hope Behavioral for a long time now. Friendly staff, exceptional customer service, and my kids love how easy it is to talk with the doctors. They literally go above and beyond for their patients.

Great loving and caring. Very involved in my mental health and what is best for me and minimal medication. Very up front and honest.
Ms. Emah is delightful to talk to. She always makes me laugh, and smile when I talk with her, and she takes my issues seriously, and takes very good care of me.
I rated the meeting a four star not a five because it is not optimal when you’re not in the same room with the person. She did a great job otherwise and I guess the last comment would be our meetings together are very short, we should have a sort of agenda before we meet, and otherwise again everything was OK.

Not a good experience was very quick to judge and will not listen to you

She did not listen to me after several attempts to reinstate my drivers license. She refused to fill out paperwork required by the medical advisory board. I explained that I will be jailed if she did not comply and she instead recommended that I pay 2 other unknown doctors and her doctor visit on top of it. Dr. Ipke instead discontinued my Alprazolam. I will not be seeing her again.
