The intake paperwork is ridiculous! Too many surveys. I wrote, "I'm glad I'm not bleeding out, right now!" She spent about 4 min with me. Gave me a Rx for Keflex, and a steroid cream. The next day I went to Hd Hosp ER. He said she under-dosed me, and the steroid is for fungal, not bacterial. He ordered an additional Rx Doxycycline. I was not happy at Elite. I won't recommend them.

Dr Green (Emily) was exceptional! She was caring and explained everything to me very thoroughly. I am not a good patient, I'm scared of everything, she and her staff put me completely at ease. I am so glad to have met her, and would highly recommend her to anyone.

I’ve been searching for a PC since we moved here 6yrs ago to cut back on going back to my hometown for care which is 6hrs away. We were so blessed as a family to have found this place. & to be placed in the care of Emily. She is so kind, sweet, caring, compassionate, and takes the time to hear your concerns. You feel heard and safe knowing that she’s going to heal you with the best of her knowledge. The other office staff are WONDERFUL and kind as well. We’re so thankful to have found this gem!

I went in to only get my blood drawn today. Nancy is the MA who drew my blood….I have to say I’m a baby when it comes to getting my blood drawn. I had to get 4 tubes drawn which is a lot for me to handle. Nancy did such a great job! This time it didn’t even affect me. Thank you so much Nancy, you were great. 😊

I saw Taylor, not Emily. She was caring and gave me all my options for treatment, and then let me decide how I wanted to proceed. Gianni at the front desk was very helpful, from speaking with her on the phone and getting me in for an appt the same day & then helping me fill out paperwork. Also the MA who helped me was also nice. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful. I appreciate the openness and honesty in giving me options & letting me decide. I’m making you my primary care.

I’m unsure who was my provider but she was the best. She explained everything well and quick, she made me feel comfortable at all times. She answered all the questions I asked with a smile! She prescribed me 3 medications and explained what they treat as well! She knew I was paying out of pocket and didn’t even try to sell me anything unnecessary. No wait time at all, went straight to business. Whomever the Ms. Provider was, thank you!
