Ms. Tyler was a breath of fresh air to work with following my challenging, frustrating, and dangerous experiences in skilled nursing facilities. She was extremely informed, compassionate, and swift in addressing my myriad of needs. I feel so much safer under her care and wish it was for longer than 30 days. She listened to me, understood my needs, and made me feel like I had an advocate. I was a hospice case manager for 10 years, and I am truly impressed by her. I highly recommend her.
