Emma Shapiro

Emma Shapiro, WHNP-BC, is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner at Tru Medical Management, providing comprehensive women’s health care at the Broadway location in Brooklyn, New York. She is dedicated to supporting patients through every stage of life with compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to their individual needs, concerns, and health goals.

Emma has a special interest in preventive care, reproductive and sexual health, contraception, and menopause management. She believes patients should feel informed and confident when making decisions about their health and takes the time to provide clear education, answer questions, and discuss available options. Her approach emphasizes open communication and collaborative decision-making, allowing patients to take an active role in their care.

With experience caring for diverse patient populations, Emma is committed to fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and supported. She values developing lasting relationships with her patients and providing personalized women’s health care that evolves with their needs over time.

Outside of the clinic, Emma enjoys running, strength training, and spending time with her dog, Georgia. She is also passionate about promoting women’s health and wellness within her Brooklyn community and beyond.
